NBT is seeking a Compliance Specialist III in Indiana. The role focuses on preparing complex compliance and government filings within our service standards, mentoring teammates and ensuring accuracy of deliverables.

Requirements include an Associate degree, 5+ years of experience, and the ASPPA QKA designation. You will work with ADP systems and MS Office to maintain filings and test plans.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 5+ years related experience.
• ASPPA Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designation required.
• Ability to read retirement agreements and government manuals.

Responsabilités

• Prepare compliance tests and year-end packages including eligibility and contributions.
• Publish Form 5500, 5330, 8955-SSA and related forms; reconcile schedules for large filers.
• Maintain knowledge of complex plan types and testing requirements.
• Research and resolve 5500 issues; mentor team members.
• Prepare asset reconciliations and plan documents as needed.
• Assist with QDRO allocations and earnings calculations.
