Dexian seeks a Senior Compliance Manager to develop, implement, and oversee the company's compliance programs, policies, and procedures across the organization. You will drive adherence to laws, assess risks, and work with departments to enforce standards.

Training staff and monitoring for improvements are key parts of the role. You will lead audits, manage HR compliance programs, and provide expert interpretation of federal, state, and local regulations to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, law or related field.
• 5–10 years HR compliance experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• CRCMP/CCEP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and oversee compliance programs and policies.
• Act as liaison between the organization and regulatory agencies.
• Develop risk monitoring framework and cross-functional policy reviews.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and report metrics to leadership.
• Develop workforce programs to ensure compliance with government reporting.
• Interpret and apply HR regulations for HR and business partners.
