Job summary

Dexcom Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sr. Manager for Data Protection and Insider Risk to define strategy and lead a global team responsible for safeguarding sensitive information across endpoints, email, cloud, and SaaS platforms.

You will partner with Legal, HR, Privacy, and IT to implement DLP controls, conduct high-stakes investigations, and drive automation and analytics to improve security outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in cybersecurity, data security or risk.
• 5+ years focusing on data protection, DLP, or insider risk.
• Experience building enterprise data protection programs in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the data protection and insider risk strategy and roadmap.
• Build and lead a global team responsible for investigations, control delivery, and governance.
• Oversee DLP lifecycle across endpoints, email, web, cloud, and collaboration tools.
• Drive automation and analytics to improve alert quality and response.
