EZCORP Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to own the Compliance Management Program for assigned entities and product lines. The role requires ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance and guiding risk assessments and testing across the organization.

You may lead a team or contribute as a senior individual, partnering with regulators and senior management to report on compliance and drive improvements through data analytics and emerging technologies.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in highly regulated industries.
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred or relevant, with compliance certifications preferred (CAMS, CRCM).

Aufgaben

• Owns and oversees the design and operation of the Compliance Management Program for assigned entities/divisions.
• Analyzes risk and controls, conducts testing, and reports findings to senior management and the Board.
• Leads or mentors Compliance Team Members and supports global compliance initiatives across the organization.
• Translates regulatory topics for executives and interacts with regulators during inquiries and examinations.
• Pursues continuous improvement by leveraging AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
