Job summary

Pop-Up Talent is seeking a Compliance Business Partner for a leading medical device manufacturer. The role is fully remote in the US with relocation support and travel up to 50% to company locations and events.

Qualifications

Minimum 7+ years in healthcare compliance, regulatory, legal, audit, or risk management.
Medical device industry experience required.
Strong knowledge of Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and FDA regulations.
Experience supporting HCP engagements, investigations, audits, and training.
Excellent communication and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary compliance advisor to executive leadership.
Lead healthcare compliance across HCP engagements, grants, sponsorships, and third-party relations.
Conduct risk assessments, investigations, monitoring, and corrective actions.
Develop and deliver organization-wide compliance training.
Collaborate with Sales, Regulatory, Quality, R&D, HR, Legal, and Operations to manage risks.
Create practical solutions that balance business needs with regulatory requirements.
