Job summary

MicroAire Surgical Instruments LLC, part of Marmon Medical Group, seeks a Compliance Business Partner to embed the compliance program and advise on HCP engagements, grants and sponsorships, medical education, and training. Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you’ll translate regulatory requirements into practical processes and partner with leaders across functions to mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees such as JD, MBA, MPH, MHA, or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
• 7+ years of healthcare compliance, legal, regulatory, audit, risk management or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of US Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FDA promotional/quality‑related considerations, Sunshine/Open Payments, state disclosure laws.
• Experience advising commercial, marketing, medical education, scientific, R&D, regulatory, finance, HR, legal stakeholders on healthcare compliance matters.
• Ability to provide sound, practical advice in gray areas and escalation when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compliance partner and advisor for MicroAire, providing practical, risk‑based guidance to leadership and business functions.
• Implement Marmon Medical Group policies at MicroAire and develop MicroAire‑specific procedures where local processes are needed.
• Guide controls for interactions with HCPs and HCOs (grants, sponsorships, speaker programs, education, etc.).
• Develop and execute an annual MicroAire compliance work plan aligned with Marmon priorities.
• Deliver targeted in‑person and online training for MicroAire personnel and third parties; promote reporting channels and speak‑up culture.
• Chair or facilitate the MicroAire Compliance Committee and coordinate investigations; document action items and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with Finance, Internal Audit, Quality/Regulatory, HR, Legal and business owners to strengthen controls and address findings.
