Job summary

MicroAire Surgical Instruments LLC in Charlottesville, VA is seeking a Compliance Business Partner to implement and operationalize the Marmon Medical Group compliance program. You will advise on HCP engagements, grants, sponsorships, medical education, and third-party relationships while partnering with legal, QA, and finance to mitigate risk.

The role requires a pragmatic, relationship-driven leader capable of translating complex requirements into workable processes that support business

Qualifications

7+ years of healthcare compliance, regulatory, or risk-management experience in regulated industry.
Knowledge of US healthcare laws and industry standards (AKS, FCA, Sunshine Act, Open Payments).
Experience advising multiple stakeholders on compliance matters and implementing programs.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary compliance partner for MicroAire, guiding leadership and functions.
Implement Marmon Medical Group policies and MicroAire-specific procedures.
Lead training and communications on compliance and ethics.
Conduct risk assessments and monitor program effectiveness.
Support investigations and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
