Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive healthcare compliance experience in a complex US healthcare business.
• Expertise in US healthcare laws: Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and industry codes.
• Law degree or substantial experience interpreting US healthcare laws in a compliance role.
• Role may involve travel up to 15%.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to convey complex topics clearly.
• Proven ability to lead change within a matrix organization and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to draft clear reports, policies, and executive communications.
• Self-motivated and result-driven with strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads implementation of the Global Compliance Program in the US AWM BU.
• Develops strategies to address market and BU risks and ensures timely risk mitigation.
• Benchmarks market developments to maintain best-in-class compliance.
• Partners with business leaders to monitor compliance culture and KPIs.
• Develops and implements local policies and training programs.
• Supports local monitoring aligned with global activities and audits.
• Manages Third Party risk assessments and site visits in the region.
