Job summary

Cerapedics Inc in Westminster, Colorado, seeks a Senior Compliance Manager to oversee state and federal transparency reporting and aggregate spend remediation across systems and vendors. You will partner with the Compliance Officer and General Counsel to keep documentation up to date and ensure data integrity.

The role also involves developing training, supporting healthcare professional engagements and contracting, and publishing quarterly compliance metrics in a fast-growing medical device

Qualifications

• Experience with Sunshine Act and transparency reporting.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks.
• Ability to build partnerships with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate state and federal transparency reporting obligations across internal teams and partners.
• Maintain aggregate spend assumptions document and ensure laws are current.
• Monitor, audit, and investigate policy violations related to aggregate spend and compliance.
• Develop and deliver training on aggregate spend, state reporting, and related policies for management and staff.
• Coordinate corrective action planning on trainings, audits, and monitoring activities.
