Job summary

Cerapedics Inc. is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager in Westminster to lead state and federal transparency reporting and aggregate spend governance.

You will collaborate with Compliance and Legal to interpret spend data, monitor for violations, and drive corrective actions across the organization. The role requires deep experience in healthcare compliance, a strong ability to train stakeholders, and a commitment to integrity in all regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of healthcare industry compliance experience.
• Sunshine Act and transparency reporting experience required.
• U.S. Healthcare Compliance Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage State and Federal Transparency reporting obligations under Sunshine Act and related laws.
• Develop and maintain aggregate spend interpretations document; ensure data integrity across systems.
• Monitor, audit, and investigate policy violations related to aggregate spend; implement remediation and controls.
• Develop and deliver training on aggregate spend and state reporting for leadership, staff, customers, and vendors.
• Coordinate corrective action planning, audits, and monitoring including field visits and events.
• Support investigations in collaboration with Legal to ensure proper handling and remediation.
• Review healthcare professional engagements and contracts for compliance and approvals.
• Publish quarterly compliance metrics and insights.
• Provide training on labeling, promotional content, reimbursement, and interactions with healthcare providers.
