Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of healthcare industry compliance experience required.
• Sunshine Act and transparency reporting experience required.
• U.S. Healthcare Compliance Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Federal Sunshine Act reporting and state/international laws, ensuring data integrity across systems and vendors.
• Develop and maintain an aggregate spend assumptions document and update to reflect regulatory changes.
• Monitor, audit, and investigate alleged violations of company policy related to aggregate spend and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training on compliance, including labeling, reimbursement, and interactions with healthcare providers.
• Coordinate investigations and enforcement in collaboration with the Legal Department.
• Review Healthcare Professional engagements and contracting for compliance with applicable laws.
• Publish quarterly compliance metrics and support ongoing program improvements.
