Job summary

Cerapedics, Inc is seeking a Manager, Accounting – Compliance in Westminster, CO to ensure integrity, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of financial reporting and accounting processes.

You will lead internal controls, support audits, and drive process improvements, including Sunshine Act and CMS Open Payments reporting.

Requires Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and at least six years of progressive accounting experience with GAAP knowledge and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Six years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, tax, or regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience with state and federal tax filings and healthcare compliance reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting close and general ledger processes.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives within accounting.
• Manage federal, state, local tax compliance; coordinate with external tax advisors.
• Own Sunshine Act and CMS Open Payments reporting; manage HCP transparency submissions.
• Oversee secretary of state registrations, annual reports, renewals.
• Provide coverage for critical accounting responsibilities when needed.
