Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Corporate Compliance and Ethics Manager to design, implement, and mature an ethics and compliance program across a multi-state footprint. This senior role partners with the legal team and senior leaders to deliver practical compliance infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; compliance certifications such as CCEP, CHC, or equivalent are preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate compliance, regulatory compliance, or a related field, with demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and managing compliance programs.
• Knowledge of ethics program administration, including hotline management, investigations support, and relevant compliance policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the company’s compliance program, including policy development and maintenance, compliance monitoring, audit coordination, and reporting to senior leadership and the board.
