Job summary

Unified Women's Healthcare is seeking a seasoned leader to direct our enterprise compliance operations, audits, investigations, and education across clinical, operational, and corporate teams. The role requires building governance structures, risk-based programs, and scalable processes to meet regulatory requirements while enabling organizational growth.

You will mentor teams, drive policy governance, and implement analytics-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in compliance, audit, investigations, risk management in healthcare.
• 5+ years leading enterprise compliance programs and audit functions.
• Experience with policy governance, investigations, and reporting.
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise strategy for compliance operations and governance.
• Develop and maintain compliance program framework.
• Lead policy governance and lifecycle management.
• Oversee audit and monitoring programs and risk-based strategies.
• Provide executive oversight of investigations and hotline management.
• Define data analytics and reporting strategy for compliance.
• Mentor compliance leaders and build cross-functional partnerships.
