Job summary

Ascendiun, based in Oakland, CA, seeks a Senior Director of Compliance & Ethics to lead the enterprise-wide program across all affiliates, units, products and activities. You will oversee preventive, detective and remedial controls, policies, training, testing, auditing, monitoring and reporting, and will drive remediation of control deficiencies.

• Senior leadership experience in building enterprise-wide compliance programs.
• Experience with anti-bribery, anti-corruption and investigations.
• Ability to oversee policy development, training, auditing and remediation.
