Job summary

Servier US seeks a Senior Manager, US Ethics & Compliance to lead the annual monitoring program, conduct audits, drive CAPA and governance, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate compliance requirements into actionable programs.

This role offers Boston-based hybrid work with 15-25% travel, exposure to metrics and analytics, and the opportunity to shape a high-integrity compliance program across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech compliance or a related regulated environment.
• Strong project management, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with independence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate complex requirements into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Execute annual risk-based Compliance monitoring with rigor and timely execution.
• Own monitoring plan, drive stakeholder follow-through, risk visibility and escalation.
• Conduct live and transactional monitoring, define findings, lead remediation with business owners.
• Translate monitoring results and audit findings into leadership insights.
• Drive CAPA tracking and timely remediation with ownership accountability.
• Develop dashboards, status updates, and metrics to spotlight progress and risks.
• Collaborate with global Ethics & Compliance and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment.
