Are you an experienced compliance professional who thrives on managing risk, strengthening corporate governance, and supporting business operations? We are seeking a Compliance Manager to lead contract management, compliance programs, policy development, and risk mitigation initiatives across a growing manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contracts from intake through negotiation, review, and final execution
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
• Review customer, supplier, vendor, and employment agreements
• Support compliance activities related to trade regulations, customs, and export controls
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, tools, and management systems
• Conduct internal audits and monitor compliance performance
• Lead initiatives focused on data protection, ethical business practices, and corporate integrity
• Deliver compliance training and guidance to employees and leadership
• Partner with executive management on risk assessment and regulatory matters
• Prepare compliance reports and recommendations for leadership

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial law, business regulations, compliance programs, and corporate governance
