Job summary

Splash Financial, Inc. seeks a Senior Compliance Manager to build and scale our consumer lending compliance program. You will partner with Legal and bank partners, drive automation, and own issue tracking to enable growth. This is a build role focused on strategic advisory and hands-on execution.

You'll lead design of end-to-end workflows, dashboards, and training, ensuring regulatory alignment across federal/state requirements and partner obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–10 years in compliance or risk within fintech/financial services.
• Credentials like CRCM, CUCE, CUCO, CFE, CIA are a plus.
• Knowledge of ECOA, TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, UDAAP, GLBA/privacy, OFAC.

Responsibilities

• Act as a compliance advisor for new product development and regulatory alignment.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations to embed compliance early.
• Review logs and docs to support bank partner approvals.
• Design scalable compliance workflows and automation.
• Develop dashboards to monitor compliance health and risk indicators.
• Lead issue tracking, complaints, and remediation.
