Splash Financial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to build and scale our compliance program for consumer lending products. This role combines strategic advisory with hands-on execution, partnering with Legal to guide product development and working with bank partners on compliance obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6-10 years in compliance or risk management within fintech or financial services.
• Experience with consumer lending and bank partnerships preferred.
• Working knowledge of ECOA, TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, UDAAP, GLBA and privacy, OFAC.

Responsibilities

• Act as a compliance advisor for new product development, ensuring alignment with federal/state regulations and bank partner requirements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Operations to embed compliance into the product lifecycle from the start, not bolted on at the end.
• Review implementation logs and documentation to support bank partner approvals.
