Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Accounting or MBA/MPA preferred.
• Experience serving governmental, tribal, and not-for-profit orgs preferred.
• Grant management, compliance activities, internal control reviews or audits.
• CPA, CIA, CGMA, CFE or similar designation preferred.
• GAGAS/Yellow Book, Uniform Guidance, and IIA standards familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support grant compliance monitoring activities and subrecipient reviews.
• Lead grant compliance reviews and develop actionable findings and recommendations.
• Perform internal control reviews, audits, and process assessments.
• Develop policies, procedures, and internal controls based on risks and needs.
• Prepare client deliverables including findings, recommendations, and reports.
