Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking a Sr Consultant, Compliance to provide regulatory guidance across consumer protection laws and financial services obligations. The role partners with product, legal, risk, and technology teams to embed compliance into development and operations.

Responsibilities include advising on FCRA/GLBA/UDAAP/DPPA, leading policy creation, and supporting change management with cross-functional stakeholders in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management within the credit industry or financial services.
• Knowledge of U.S. state laws and consumer protection regulations (FCRA, GLBA, UDAAP, DPPA).
• Experience providing compliance guidance to business partners during product development.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience writing compliance policies and training materials to support understanding and execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance advice to Credit Risk Solutions and the Alternative Data business on U.S. regulatory obligations (FCRA, GLBA).
• Partner with internal clients during product development to identify regulatory requirements and controls.
• Support Regulatory Change Management by assessing impact of laws and developing action plans.
• Assist with investigating root causes of compliance issues and remediation actions.
