Job summary

TransUnion is seeking a Sr Consultant, Compliance to provide regulatory guidance and oversight for Credit Risk Solutions and Alternative Data. You will partner with product teams to identify requirements, assess risks, and implement controls across regulatory programs.

The role requires 6+ years in compliance or risk management, deep knowledge of FCRA, GLBA, UDAAP, and DPPA, and strong project-management and communication skills. Hybrid work and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or risk management within the credit industry or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. state laws and consumer protection regulations including FCRA, GLBA, UDAAP, and DPPA.
• Experience providing compliance advice to business partners during product development, including identifying regulatory risks and mitigation.
• Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance advice to Credit Risk Solutions and the Alternative Data business on US regulatory obligations including FCRA and GLBA.
• Partner with internal business clients during product development to identify regulatory requirements and controls.
• Support Regulatory Change Management by assessing impact of new/changed laws and action plans.
• Support Issue Management by identifying control breaks and remediation actions.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies, guidance, and training materials.
