Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, regulatory policy, or legal.
• Advanced degree (Masters, Juris Doctor) preferred.
• Certifications such as CRCM, CIPP, PMP or CDMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of relevant compliance laws, practices and issues affecting the business.
• Serve as trusted advisor to lines of business to identify, document and mitigate compliance risks.
• Develop innovative approaches with stakeholders to maintain high risk and compliance standards while enabling growth.
• Coordinate with Business, Risk, Legal and Compliance to meet requirements of the Compliance Management Program.
• Assess process breakdowns for regulatory impact and perform risk assessments.
