Job summary

TransUnion in the United States seeks a Sr Consultant, Compliance to provide advisory support on FCRA and GLBA obligations. The role partners with Legal, Risk and Compliance, Global Solutions, US Markets, and Technology to ensure regulatory readiness across Credit Risk Solutions and the Alternative Data business.

The position is hybrid, with in-person days at a TU office location. You will lead regulatory change and issue management, develop policies, and communicate complex concepts clearly to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in compliance, legal, or risk management.
• Knowledge of FCRA, GLBA, UDAAP, and DPPA to guide the business.
• Experience advising business partners during product development and risk mitigation.
• Strong PM, analytics, and communication to manage activities and explain regs.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance advice on U.S. regulatory obligations, including FCRA and GLBA.
• Partner with product teams to identify regulatory requirements and controls.
• Support Regulatory Change Management and implement action plans.
• Assist with issue management and remediation tracking.
