Experian's Financial Services and Data (FSD) division is seeking an Expert Compliance Risk Advisor to guide the business through a complex regulatory landscape. You will collaborate with Legal, Information Security, and business teams to assess compliance risks, support regulatory exams, and lead practical solutions that strengthen control effectiveness.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; three years' experience in regulatory risk and compliance/audit processes.
• Knowledge of federal and state privacy laws and regulations (FCRA, FACTA, GLBA) from a CRA perspective.
• Ability to understand complex business issues and develop practical strategies.
• Independent and team-friendly work style.
• Strong research, problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Support internal partners on regulatory compliance requirements for consumer credit services.
• Perform gap assessments of procedural documents against Global Policies and drive remediation plans.
• Collaborate with Legal, Information Security, and Governmental Affairs to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Maintain understanding of business processes, products, and services.
• Participate in regulatory exams as SME and provide requested documentation.
