Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Senior Designated Compliance Analyst to join its Corporate Compliance team in a hybrid Sacramento, CA setting. The role focuses on consumer protection, lending compliance, and privacy with a strong emphasis on GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, and related regulations.

You will provide second-line advisory, assess regulatory changes, and help strengthen controls across business units. A 2LOD advisory mindset and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in financial services, with experience in consumer protection or lending compliance, internal or external audit, or compliance program development/evaluation.
• 7+ years of experience with consumer privacy and data protection laws, including GLBA, Regulation P, FCRA, CCPA, CPRA.
• Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical business guidance.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently assess compliance risks, provide effective challenge, and strengthen controls.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze federal and state regulations affecting consumer protection and lending.
• Provide second-line compliance advisory and oversight on privacy and data protection requirements.
• Advise business teams on privacy notices, opt-out and data-sharing requirements.
• Perform check-and-challenge of first-line controls to identify compliance risks.
• Develop and implement compliance training content focusing on high-risk areas.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and regulatory interactions.
