Golden 1 Credit Union in California seeks a Sr Designated Compliance Analyst to support federal and state regulatory compliance and advise on privacy and data protection. This exempt, full-time role partners with business units to design and monitor compliance controls.
You will monitor Reg Z, Reg B, HMDA, TILA, and related rules, provide 2LOD advisory, and help drive risk assessments, training, and policy development to strengthen the organization’s compliance posture.

You are a compliance-focused professional who serves as a trusted advisor and second line of defense, helping ensure adherence to federal and state regulations across the organization. You partner closely with business units to develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies, procedures, and controls, while providing independent guidance and oversight to mitigate regulatory risk. In a fast-paced environment, you investigate compliance concerns, assess potential risks, and make recommendations that strengthen the organization’s compliance posture and support operational success. While the team’s primary focus is consumer protection, this role also supports the credit union’s consumer privacy and data protection obligation.
