Auto Club Enterprises seeks a Claims Complex Property Adjuster to support the Property Claims operation on high‑complexity homeowners claims. You will interpret First Notice of Loss, investigate, evaluate coverage and damages, negotiate settlements, and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering expert customer service.

The role requires extensive experience in property claims, strong leadership, and the ability to testify when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance claims principles and subrogation.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and obtain statements from insureds, claimants and witnesses.
• Assess liability and damages; determine policy obligations.
• Negotiate within settlement authority to resolve first-party claims.
• Provide sworn expert testimony when required and mentor junior staff.
