Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a Senior Contract Analyst to lead complex contract negotiations and reviews in the Legal Department. The role provides expertise in contract management, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory standards while mitigating risk.

The incumbent will collaborate across departments to drive strategic contracting outcomes, improve efficiency, and support high-level decision-making through analysis and guidance.

Qualifications

Three (3) years of hands-on contract experience in drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
Master's degree or Juris Doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead full contract lifecycle management, including drafting, proofreading, due diligence, tracking key dates, and amendments.
Participate in high-level negotiations, leveraging legal knowledge to mitigate risk and enhance financial outcomes.
Conduct internal audits and quality reviews of contract processes to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Provide policy expertise in legal, compliance, and procurement matters and mentor staff as needed.
