Medica is a nonprofit health plan serving diverse communities across Minnesota and beyond. We seek a Senior Complex Contract Manager to negotiate and manage complex contracts with internal partners and vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.

You will lead negotiations, collaborate with Legal and Category Leads, and drive improvements in contracting processes, governance, and data-driven decision making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal Studies/Pre-Law, or a related discipline preferred.
• 7+ years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management, vendor management, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and lead complex contracts across products and services, including pricing, terms, risk mitigation, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Category Leads, Legal, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure terms meet business needs.
• Drive contract management improvements and participate in cross-functional projects to enhance processes and tools.
• Manage multiple high-value negotiations with attention to detail and deadlines.
