Qualifications

• Healthcare contracting experience preferred.
• Understanding of master service agreements, SOWs, SLAs, and pricing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations and set terms for complex contracts across products and services.
• Collaborate with Category Leads, Legal, SMEs, and stakeholders to craft favorable terms.
• Manage contract lifecycle using Medica standards and tools across business areas.
• Identify risk, price optimization, and opportunities for value creation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Provide training and guidance on contracting practices and strategies.
