Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex business disputes.
• Represent clients in commercial litigation involving contracts, business torts, and shareholder disputes.
• Handle real estate, trust, and probate litigation.
• Advise clients on insolvency and creditor rights matters.
• Lead matters from strategy through resolution.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients.
