Responsibilities
- Lead matters from strategy through resolution, including discovery, motions, mediation, settlement, arbitration, and trial preparation.
- Advise businesses, investors, fiduciaries, and family-wealth clients while collaborating with lawyers across the firm's practice areas.
- Resolve contract, business tort, shareholder, and partnership disputes; handle real estate, trust and probate litigation; manage bankruptcy-related litigation.
