Qualifications

• Top-tier law school graduation or high class rank.
• Florida Bar admission or eligibility for admission.
• Familiarity with international disputes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trials and final hearings in commercial litigation and arbitration.
• Draft and research legal documents extensively.
• Manage traditional and electronic discovery processes.
• Appear before state and federal courts.
