You will advocate vigorously for clients, negotiate strategically, and manage case workflows from start to finish. The ideal candidate holds a JD with current Florida bar admission and has proven experience in general litigation with an emphasis on commercial disputes.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Florida bar admission required.
• Experience in general litigation with a focus on commercial disputes.
• Ability to handle court appearances confidently.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and other tools.
• Draft and review contracts, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Develop case strategies by analyzing facts, evidence, and statutes.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and advice on options.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases to ensure efficient case management.
