Qualifications

• JD and active Florida Bar membership.
• 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation.
• Strong advocacy skills in motions, depositions, hearings, and negotiations.
• Ability to work independently within a structured system.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage legal matters day-to-day, ensuring they stay within scope and budget.
• Serve as the primary client contact, escalating issues when necessary.
• Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and participate in hearings or trials.
• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, providing constructive feedback.
• Contribute to improving matter plans, templates, and legal products.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and alignment.
