Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Sarasota, FL seeks a Mass Tort Litigation Attorney to manage litigation tasks including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial prep. You will work with paralegals and case managers to ensure compliance with court orders and firm standards.

The role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and a JD with active U.S. bar admission. A fast-paced environment and knowledge of litigation technology are essential.

Qualifications

• JD is required.
• Admission to at least one U.S. state bar is required.
• Experience with complex litigation is preferred.
• Experience mentoring and supervising others is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute litigation strategy for mass tort matters.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and substantive motions.
• Ensure compliance with case management and scheduling orders.
• Monitor and implement developments in coordinated proceedings.
• Provide direction to paralegals and case managers on litigation tasks.
• Identify and develop liability and damages proof.
• Assess and recommend appropriate venue and jurisdiction for filing.
• Support settlement and resolution efforts.
