Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Compliance Specialist to review and resolve client complaints from regulatory sources for the Commercial Community Bank, Corporate and Institutional Group. You will coordinate research, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high service levels while mentoring peers.

You will act as a SME for the Complaint Management System, train new hires, and participate in onboarding and Line of Business reviews.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Seven years in financial services, law or regulatory field with three years in client resolution or regulatory/audit examinations.
• Seven years of experience composing well-written complex correspondence.
• Excellent client service skills and effective problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide full resolution and response to verbal and written client complaints in a professional and compliant manner.
• Ensure all client concerns are addressed promptly with proper grammar in communications.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide editorial support to Compliance/Legal/Audit teams.
