• Ability to learn and operate complaint-management platforms.

Aufgaben

• Provide full resolution and response to verbal and written client complaints with regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Ensure timely, well-structured communications to stakeholders with proper grammar.
• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for the team on complaint handling and investigations.
• Maintain “super user” status for the Complaint Management System and support data aggregation and reporting.
• Escalate trends, issues, and process improvements to management and business units.
