Qualifications

• Knowledge of cyber, media & technology claims beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree or JD highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle all aspects of complex first party and third-party liability claims, Cyber, Media & Technology, including class actions and high exposure matters.
• Make coverage determinations and investigate losses.
• Evaluate and project potential exposures and set reserves.
• Develop and implement resolution strategies and manage outside law firms.
• Collaborate with underwriting on policy renewals and promote client relationships.
