Job summary

Workday is seeking a Senior Principal on the Competitive and Market Intelligence team to build and maintain programs powering a customer-focused, self-service model. This role is foundational to our Research Excellence pillar, delivering high-impact insights and scalable infrastructure.

You will own end-to-end win-loss processes, develop market intelligence systems, and translate findings for executives and partners across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading competitive/market intelligence programs in enterprise software.
• Strong ability to translate insights into actionable business impact.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute win-loss program end-to-end with definition of questions and data connections.
• Translate findings into insights for partners and executives across the business.
• Design market intelligence systems, dashboards, and self-service tools for stakeholders.
• Build scalable research infrastructure for repeatable, high-quality intelligence.
