Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Competitive Intelligence Analyst III to support the Security for AI portfolio, including AI Detection and Response, and to guide roadmap, GTM strategy, and competitive positioning.

This remote, individual-contributor role works with Product, Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to drive strategic decisions in a fast-evolving security AI landscape. Ideal candidates bring deep technical and practical security product experience, strong communication, and a

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Computer Science, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or related).
Minimum 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity market with a focus on Security for AI/ML.
Understanding of AI/LLM attack surfaces (prompt injection, model poisoning, training data leakage) and AI governance.
Deep familiarity with the Security for AI competitive landscape and regulatory environment.
5+ years of relevant work experience in at least two areas: sales engineering/pre-sales, competitive intelligence, solution architect, product management, technical marketing, or product marketing.
Ability to synthesize complex AI threat concepts into actionable guidance and executive summaries.
Superior communication skills with experience presenting to senior/executive management.
Strong people and project management skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Synthesize guidance on the strategic importance of Security for AI and how it protects autonomous agents and mitigates prompt-based threats.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Security for AI market and competitors' capabilities across the AI lifecycle.
Provide tailored deal support and develop rapport with the field.
Coordinate with CI team and technical stakeholders as the primary liaison for Security for AI competition.
Suggest sales tactics and product strategy to enable CrowdStrike to win in the market.
Work autonomously on project plans, timelines, and ongoing updates of the competitive landscape.
Conduct win/loss analysis using quantitative and qualitative data to explain CrowdStrike's performance vs. competition.
