Job summary
Woodward is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to deliver market-based compensation programs that support our business strategy and talent objectives. Reporting to the Director, Compensation, this role blends analytical expertise with consulting skills to guide pay decisions and market competitiveness.
You will benchmark roles, participate in annual salary planning, and help ensure pay equity and regulatory compliance across Woodward's U.S. sites, including Zeeland, MI and Rockford, IL.
Qualifications
- US BA/BS in Accounting, HR or related field.
- 5+ years experience in a corporate compensation department.
- Ability to consult with leaders and HR partners on compensation matters.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with HR systems: Workday, SuccessFactors, SAP; Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted compensation consultant to HR Business Partners.
- Benchmark positions using salary surveys and market data.
- Lead participation in external compensation surveys and maintain market pricing data.
- Support governance of the enterprise Career Framework and job architecture.
- Assist in annual salary planning, merit cycles, and incentive programs.
