Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years related work experience in a corporate compensation department.
• Ability to build partnerships with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience translating compensation data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday/SuccessFactors/SAP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted compensation consultant to HR Business Partners on pay programs and market competitiveness.
• Develop practical compensation solutions aligned to market practices and Total Rewards philosophy.
• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and cost impact analyses to inform decisions.
• Benchmark positions using salary surveys and market intelligence to establish competitive pay ranges.
• Lead participation in external compensation surveys and maintain market pricing data.
• Support governance of the Career Framework, job architecture, and market alignment activities.
• Assist in annual compensation programs, including salary planning, merit cycles, and communications.
