Job summary

The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with HR systems (Workday/SuccessFactors/SAP). This position may involve ITAR/EAR considerations where applicable.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting or Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate compensation.
• Ability to consult with leaders and HR Partners on compensation matters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills supported by quantitative data.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday/SuccessFactors/SAP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted compensation consultant to HR partners on pay decisions and market competitiveness.
• Benchmark positions using salary surveys to establish competitive pay ranges.
• Lead participation in external compensation surveys and maintain market pricing data.
• Support annual compensation programs and incentive plan administration.
• Ensure compliance with pay equity, wage and hour laws, and internal governance standards.
