Woodward Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to deliver market-based compensation programs in support of business strategy and talent objectives. You will partner with HR, lead job evaluations, and guide pay decisions with data-driven insights.

Reporting to the Director, Compensation, the role combines analytics with consulting, helping ensure equitable compensation outcomes across Woodward’s U.S. locations during annual cycles and incentive programs.

Qualificações

• 5+ years’ experience in a corporate compensation department.
• Strong partnerships with leaders, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Business acumen with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills backed by quantitative analysis.
• Experience with HR systems (Workday/SuccessFactors/SAP); knowledge of Advanced Compensation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted compensation consultant to HR Business Partners on programs, market competitiveness, pay decisions, and job evaluations.
• Collaborate with HR to align market practices with business objectives and Total Rewards.
• Conduct compensation analyses, market pricing, and workforce modeling to provide insights.
• Benchmark positions using surveys and market intelligence to set competitive pay ranges.
• Lead external compensation survey participation and maintain pricing data; identify market trends.
• Support governance of the Career Framework including job architecture and career leveling.
• Assist with salary planning, merit cycles, training materials, audits, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Support annual and quarterly incentive programs, including documentation and communications.
