Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Compensation Manager to design, develop, and administer employee compensation programs. You will lead benchmarking, salary structures, and annual processes while partnering with HRBPs and business leaders.

As part of the People & Culture team, you will analyze data,ensure regulatory compliance, and guide compensation strategy in support of business objectives. Hybrid work with in-person days is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, economics, mathematics, or other business-related areas.
  • Minimum of 7 years of compensation-focused experience. CCP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and administer compensation programs and processes.
  • Lead market benchmarking, salary range and structure development.
  • Administer annual salary budgeting, planning, and communications materials.
  • Provide strategic compensation consulting to HRBPs and leaders.
  • Analyze large data sets to inform decisions and recommendations.
  • Monitor pay equity and regulatory compliance; update policies as needed.
  • Lead projects with stakeholders and manage risks to completion.
  • Travel as needed and work additional hours.
