Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial modeling and analysis for the compensation program.
• Oversee large-scale initiatives including new incentive programs and system implementations.
• Create and present large PowerPoint decks for senior management.
• Research and analyze complex compensation issues for HR and leadership.
• Generate and manipulate large databases to manage compensation data.
