This direct-hire role leads large-scale compensation projects, coaches team members, and collaborates with senior management to design and implement pay strategies that attract and retain talent.

The position offers a flexible hybrid work model with three days per week in the office or with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in compensation consulting or related HR advisory roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and complex client engagements.
• Deep knowledge of compensation strategy, technology, incentive design, market analysis, and compliance.
• Strong client relationship management with senior executives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale compensation projects for clients.
• Coach and develop junior team members while ensuring quality deliverables.
• Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs for client needs.
• Provide consulting on pay strategy, job architecture, and digital activation of designs.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and maintain relationships.
• Support business development and identify cross-selling opportunities.
