Job summary

Eos Energy Enterprises, a U.S.-based energy storage company, seeks a Manager of Compensation to design, administer, and continually improve compensation programs. You will manage base pay, annual merit planning, incentives, and long-term incentive governance, aligning with business goals and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with HR and leadership to ensure equity and competitiveness, drive job architecture, and provide analytics for strategic decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive compensation experience, including design, administration, and analysis.
• Experience administering broad-based compensation programs and executive compensation.
• Experience with job architecture, salary structures, and career pathing.
• Experience with Workday required.
• CCP certification preferred.
• Experience in a union environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day activities of compensation programs.
• Develops and recommends new compensation programs and changes to existing programs.
• Develops and administers compensation program processes, analytical tools, and governance practices.
• Leads annual compensation processes including reviews, promotions, market adjustments, and incentives.
• Conducts market pricing and compensation analyses for external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Oversees governance of long-term incentive plan including vendor management and reporting.
• Supports design and governance of executive compensation programs.
• Prepares analyses, recommendations, and materials for senior leadership.
• Develops and maintains job architecture framework including job families and levels.
• Designs salary structures and pay grades to support growth and progression.
• Partners with HR and leaders to ensure job leveling and compensation alignment.
• Establishes governance for job evaluation and decision-making.
• Provides training and support on compensation programs.
• Develops reporting, analytics, and workforce insights.
• Monitors market trends and regulatory developments to enhance programs.
• Ensures compliance with laws and guidelines.
